Terms of Service

These Terms govern gravionprep.com and the services of Gravion Prep. Gravion Prep is a service of Gravion Group, a trade name of Crosstown Holdings, L.L.C., an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "us").
Services.
- We provide career preparation and advisory services: mock interviews, résumé and LinkedIn writing, offer and compensation-plan review, transition coaching, AI-skills training, company research, and group workshops.
- We also run Gravion Match, a free service that sends you roles and companies that may fit your profile.
- Scope, price, and schedule for paid services are confirmed in writing before you pay.
No placement, no fees for job listings, no guarantee.
- We are not an employment agency and do not charge you for job listings, referrals, or placement.
- Gravion Match is free. Paid services are coaching, writing, research, and training.
- We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or any outcome.
Gravion Match.
- Matches are suggestions generated with help from AI tools and public or licensed job information. They may be incomplete or out of date. Check details with the employer.
- We never share your profile with an employer unless you separately opt in for that in writing. You can stop Match emails at any time.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Offer, compensation, and severance discussions are general business perspective. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Consult a qualified professional before you sign anything.
Payment.
Fees are due in advance through our payment processor, in U.S. dollars.
Cancellations and refunds.
- Full refund if you cancel before your first session or before work on your deliverable begins.
- After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Each written deliverable includes one revision round.
Your materials.
You keep ownership of what you share. You permit us to use it only to deliver your services. We will not share it with employers.
Our materials.
Templates, frameworks, course content, and recordings are licensed for your personal use only. Don't resell or redistribute them.
AI-assisted work.
Some drafts and analyses are prepared with AI tools and reviewed by a person. You're responsible for confirming that anything you submit to an employer is accurate.
Conduct.
Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or share other people's confidential data with us.
Limitation of liability.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost wages or opportunities.
Governing law.
Ohio law governs these Terms. Courts in Franklin County, Ohio have jurisdiction.
Changes.
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version.
